After more than valid time to mess with this new version of Android, I bring you the analysis of how it works in this terminal. The speed in Internet browsing is very fluid, doubling the speed of Android version 2.3 on a Samsung Galaxy S II. The change in the interface, which we already mentioned in the Ice Cream Sandwich news, should be polished a little more.
Face Unlock: To unlock Samsumg Galaxy, the features are really advanced, and I have to say that it is well polished, except for small detail. It is not safe if you do not put a password apart from the face unlock since in case you put a photo of the person in front of the camera, it will be unlocked, therefore it is not at all safe.
Interface: It has changed quite a bit. From the resizing options for some widgets to how the settings menu is presented and how we will put these widgets (since instead of putting them leaving the screen pressed, we will do it through the applications menu, allowing us to make a Widget preview). New Widgets have also been added for Gmail and all Google applications.
NFC: After doing several tests, the system works very well, but at the moment only with Google’s applications, be it the browser or the gallery.
Data monitoring: A very interesting new function is the native data consumption control application, which will allow us to view usage history, either by application or in general. This function also allows you to deactivate the use of data after the limit that we set for it
Camera: Continuous focus, lag-free shutter, and burst have been added when capturing images. Once you unlock phone, the stabilized zoom and the possibility of taking photos while recording a video have also been added, just by pressing the screen while recording. Face recognition has been added to make it easier to focus when taking a photo, and the panoramic mode has had a place in this new version. After taking the photo, we can retouch it by adding various filters and share it with our social networks. In the videos, we can add effects dynamically while recording.
